California Sub-Meters Water Metering Systems & Billing

Sub-metering is a term used for installing individual meters at each homeowner location behind the city master water meters.  In order to assure accuracy and reliability, our sub-meters are the same type of meters the city uses to measure water usage.  Once these meters are installed then each homeowner has the ability to have their own individual usage metered and billed rather than potentially paying for wasteful neighbors.  This brings a fair and equitable approach to water usage and ultimately leads to saving thousands of gallons of water every month.  It's good for the environment and it's good for the pocketbook.
