Founded in 1991 as consultants for large water users, our first clients were the local community colleges and large condominium communities. We were successful at reducing their water and sewer bills.
We've always felt very strongly about water conservation and our solution became Sub-Metering. Sub-Metering is installing individual meters at each unit (behind the city master meter) which helps to locate leaks and excessive usage.
Residents pay only for the water they use. We are now billing customers for their water usage and promoting conservation throughout America.
